EMEA Plant Recruitment Manager – High‑Volume Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Plant Recruitment Manager to lead high‑volume hiring across multiple manufacturing sites in Europe. This hands‑on leadership position will drive predictable talent delivery while partnering closely with plant leadership, HR, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of high‑volume plant hiring (hourly, skilled trades, technical and selected salaried roles) across the defined EMEA sites.
• Translate SIOP and demand forecasts into actionable hiring plans and maintain alignment as demand shifts.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of six plant recruiters, setting clear expectations and managing priorities across countries.
• Build scalable sourcing pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, community partnerships and local networks.
• Manage a hybrid delivery model (internal recruiters, contractors and external partners) to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality execution.
• Standardise recruiting workflows, improve candidate experience and drive continuous improvement across sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing manufacturing/plant hiring at scale, not just exposure.
• Demonstrated success in high‑volume, fast‑paced hiring with measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to work with SIOP/demand forecasting and convert it into hiring execution.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership with plant and operations leaders, able to influence decisions under pressure.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
