Delivery Manager

About the role

ESET is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity and cyber‑resilience solutions for large corporate clients and public institutions. You will work within the Corporate Solutions team, collaborating with technical and business colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of assigned corporate solutions projects, overseeing scope, budget, effort and quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources across ESET, including market‑facing, architecture, value‑proposition and technology teams.
• Oversee third‑party, partner and contractor contributions to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Work closely with Key Account Managers to build trusted, long‑term client relationships.
• Support market‑facing teams in identifying new business opportunities and value‑adding topics.
• Lead all delivery stages: analysis, design, development, testing, migration, deployment and handover.
• Ensure accurate estimating, planning, reporting and variance management.
• Apply ESET delivery standards and methodologies to improve speed, cost and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of delivery management experience, including at least 2 years in a project or program management role.
• Proven track record of large‑scale IT implementations and transformations.
• Experience delivering solutions to regional or international corporate or public sector clients.
• Strong structured, result‑oriented communication skills.
• Ability to operate at senior/executive level while fostering team development.
