Data Platform & Architecture Lead

About the role

We are building a modern enterprise data platform to support Capco’s digital transformation, including SAP integration, internal applications and advanced business intelligence. As the Data Platform & Architecture Lead you will design, own and evolve the data architecture that connects systems across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end‑to‑end enterprise data architecture and canonical data models.
• Design, implement and oversee scalable data pipelines and orchestration using the internal ETL platform.
• Integrate data from SAP, internal applications and financial systems while ensuring data quality, consistency and governance.
• Establish standards for data structures, naming conventions and documentation.
• Provide database administration, performance tuning and observability for the data platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics and business teams to enable reporting, operational insights and future AI use cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data architecture and platform initiatives in a complex, multi‑system environment.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, integration patterns and governance best practices.
• Experience with SAP data sources and modern BI/analytics tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
