Customer Service Specialist

About the role

LEONI is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support daily supply‑chain operations for selected customers. You will act as a liaison between production sites, logistics partners and customers, ensuring smooth deliveries and accurate planning in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication between production plants, logistics partners, ADC and customers.
• Process customer orders and monitor schedules against agreements.
• Support inventory monitoring, cycle counting and stock‑take activities.
• Escalate issues and assist in resolving delivery‑planning deviations.
• Help prepare logistics concepts and support RFQ processes, including data collection and cost calculations.
• Manage basic customer inquiries and logistics complaints under supervision.

Required profile

• Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant work experience.
• 2‑3 years of experience in supply‑chain or customer‑service roles, preferably in manufacturing or automotive.
• Basic knowledge of order management, inventory and logistics flows.
• Strong analytical, organizational and proactive mindset.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2); French is a plus.
• Flexibility to work core business hours and occasional earlier shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
