Customer Service Agent

About the role

Provide end‑to‑end customer service, manage enquiries, and handle orders from purchase order receipt through to payment, excluding transport. Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage sales orders, invoicing, and credit/debit notes; coordinate with sales representatives on pricing, agreements and incoterms.
• Negotiate delivery dates with factories, organise shipping instructions, and cooperate with logistics specialists.
• Perform financial follow‑up including debt collection and monitoring overdue balances.
• Register warranty claims and act as primary contact throughout the claim process.
• Support internal orders for other departments and provide backup during absences or high workload periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• At least two years of proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent English and strong attention to detail.
• Team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (intermediate level).
