Customer Service Agent (German Speaking)

About the role

Provide customer service, manage incoming enquiries and handle orders for Johnson Controls in Bratislava. You will be the main point of contact for German‑speaking customers, ensuring smooth order processing from purchase order to payment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage sales orders, invoicing and payment follow‑up.
• Register and maintain customer data, handle purchase orders and credit/debit notes.
• Coordinate with sales representatives, logistics specialists and factories to secure delivery dates.
• Process shipping instructions, warranty claims and internal orders.
• Conduct debt collection, monitor overdue balances and support finance with settlement information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused and a team player.

Required skills

• German language proficiency.
• English language proficiency.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
