Corporate Accounting & Reporting Expert – External Audit Coordination

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Expert for Corporate Accounting & Reporting to lead external audit coordination for the Home Comfort subgroup. You will act as the primary liaison between external auditors, internal finance teams, and shared service providers, ensuring timely and high‑quality statutory and Group financial statement audits.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of statutory and Group audits across the Home Comfort companies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and internal finance teams regarding audit requirements.
• Monitor audit progress, identify risks, and resolve issues that could affect timelines or quality.
• Prepare concise reports on audit status, findings, and improvement actions.
• Organise regular coordination meetings with auditors and service providers.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for standardisation and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to implement process enhancements.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, regulatory changes, and internal reporting guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2).
• 2–4 years of experience in external or financial audit.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting principles.
• Experience in a Big Four audit firm is a plus.
