Conversion Rate Optimization Principal (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Conversion Rate Optimization Principal to own the full experimentation loop at iubenda. You will design, run, and measure A/B tests across our websites and product surfaces, turning data into actionable growth recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the shared experimentation queue, prioritising test requests from Monetisation, Marketing and Product teams.
• Design every test with statistical rigor, defining sample size, duration, significance thresholds and guardrail metrics.
• Implement and maintain product and website tracking using Amplitude or a comparable platform, managing the event‑tagging plan and auditing for drift.
• Analyse test results and provide clear, statistically‑grounded recommendations to stakeholders.
• Execute tests on landing pages, pricing pages, signup flows, checkout, payment pages and in‑app upgrade prompts.
• Report experiment velocity, win rate and cumulative impact on conversion rate and ARPU to the Director of Growth and leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing in a growth‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply statistical methods to real‑world experiments.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with product, engineering, marketing and revenue teams.
• Self‑starter attitude comfortable working fully remote.

Required skills

• Amplitude (or similar analytics platform) for event tracking and analysis.
• Design and execution of A/B tests with statistical significance.
• Data analysis and interpretation of experiment results.
