CNC Milling Operator

About the role

We are looking for a CNC Milling Operator to join our production team in Vráble. The successful candidate will operate CNC milling machines to produce high‑precision metal components for our industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up CNC milling machines, select and install appropriate tools, and load workpieces according to technical drawings.
• Monitor machining cycles, measure finished parts and adjust parameters to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and promptly report any equipment issues.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to optimise production flow and meet delivery deadlines.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards consistently.

Required profile

• Proven practical experience with CNC milling machine operation and tool setup.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G‑code) is an advantage.
• Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Understanding of metalworking processes, materials and cutting tools.
• Reliability, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to work shifts if required.
