Branch Manager – International Freight Forwarding

About the role

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our international freight forwarding office in Senec, Slovakia. You will own the branch’s performance, overseeing the team, customers, carriers, financial results and growth strategy. This senior leadership role combines operational expertise, people management and commercial responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop an experienced international transport team.
• Take full ownership of branch P&L and overall business performance.
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to strengthen market position.
• Manage pricing, offers and complex international transport solutions.
• Build strong carrier partnerships and adapt services to market needs.
• Collaborate with international teams across the CEE region.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding.
• Proven leadership experience in logistics or transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of national and international transport regulations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive business growth.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Higher education degree preferred.
