Billing Project Manager – Custom Deal Implementations

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Billing Project Manager to lead the implementation of custom billing solutions within the Custom Deal Implementations Program. The role focuses on delivering billing projects for new or existing customers, following PMI methodology and ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of custom billing solutions in line with contracts and solution documentation.
• Track project progress, maintain comprehensive documentation, and define project sequencing, timelines, and approach.
• Facilitate regular project meetings (weekly and ad‑hoc) to define actions, guide direction, and provide clear status updates to management and sponsors.
• Engage with a broad stakeholder group, delivering regular updates and structured readouts.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, removing roadblocks through collaboration or escalation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in finance, contracting, billing and/or customer services.
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably using PMI methodology.
• Advanced English language skills (minimum B2).

• Base salary range of €2 050 – €3 340 per month (subject to experience and other factors).
