AWS Platform / Infrastructure Architect

About the role

We are looking for a senior AWS Platform/Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise‑scale cloud platforms on Amazon Web Services. You will shape architecture strategy, drive automation, and ensure governance across multiple workloads and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own secure, scalable, and resilient AWS environments spanning multiple accounts and regions.
• Define and enforce landing‑zone, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Lead DevOps transformation, building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions or AWS native tools.
• Develop reusable Infrastructure‑as‑Code modules using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Architect container platforms on Amazon EKS/ECS, including Docker and Helm integration.
• Create automation frameworks and self‑service portals using Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Implement end‑to‑end monitoring, logging, and alerting with CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana and Datadog.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.).
• Extensive experience with multi‑account strategies, landing zones, and security best practices.
• Strong background in CI/CD, IaC, containerization, and automation.
• Proven ability to design observability solutions and secure networking architectures.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
