Automation Developer (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

About the role

Holcim is looking for Automation Developers at every level who enjoy creating automated solutions and want to take part in projects that make work simpler and more efficient. The role centres on designing and building automation solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business processes so that automation solutions can be designed
• Program automation solutions (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, JavaScript) and build supporting applications such as Google Apps or AppSheet when needed
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution works as required
• Monitor automation in production during the stabilization phase and fix errors promptly
• Make parameterization changes to stabilise the process
• Create supporting documentation for the automation

Required profile

• Proficiency in one of the core coding languages (Java, C#, VB, Python) and referable .NET/Java/JavaScript skills
• Programming and application development skills
• Knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow and web applications, and the ability to understand business requirements
• Fluent English (C1)
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism is a must
• MS Office / GSuite

• Gross pay of €2,400 - €3,000, depending on the same criteria applied to all candidates
