Assistant Director - Project Manager

About the role

Moody’s is seeking an Assistant Director – Project Manager to lead complex KYC implementation projects for its analytics clients. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, ensuring projects align with client goals and Moody’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and strategic leader for client implementation projects.
• Oversee a portfolio of high‑value KYC implementations, providing end‑to‑end ownership from scoping and planning through delivery.
• Lead large, cross‑functional teams in high‑pressure environments, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage project governance, risk, and resource planning to navigate competing priorities.
• Engage senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in financial services, compliance, or SaaS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly desirable.
• KYC certification desired.
• Proven ability to deliver complex client implementations using Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
