AI & Business Insights Analyst – Early Career Role

About the role

Join Lenovo's Solutions Services Group (SSG) as an AI Business Insights Analyst and help transform data into actionable business intelligence. In this role you will support analytics, reporting, dashboard development and automation initiatives, using tools such as Excel, Power BI and AI‑enabled solutions to improve decision‑making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights.
• Support regular reporting activities and KPI tracking.
• Validate data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and improve analytics processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured approach.
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, automation and data analytics.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and quickly learn new tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and high data‑accuracy standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience with AI‑powered productivity or analytics tools is a plus.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, digital transformation and data‑visualisation best practices.
