After Sales Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an After Sales Engineer to lead the HV battery rework function within our European service centre network. You will ensure timely delivery of repaired battery packs, provide on‑site technical support, and act as the primary liaison between customers, end‑users and our after‑sales resources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the rework functional area, including PACK fault diagnosis, maintenance and inspection.
• Perform short‑term business trips to customer factories for 0 km delivery, on‑site sorting, and repair of faulty packs.
• Deliver after‑sales technical support and product introduction training to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, propose solutions and collect after‑sales requirements.
• Guide customers on safe operation, overhaul procedures and basic knowledge.
• Coordinate after‑sales resources such as accessories supply and technical assistance.
• Maintain 24‑hour emergency service availability across time zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; experience in the new‑energy industry preferred.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills in English; Chinese is a plus.
• Background in after‑sales service and familiarity with battery PACK, electrical, structural and BMS principles.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
• Experience with overseas third‑party service provider networks and relevant certifications (e.g., 3S, DGUV) is advantageous.
