Academy Content Consultant

About the role

Bloomreach is looking for an Academy Content Consultant to join its internal product education team. You will design and develop high‑quality learning experiences that translate complex SaaS product functionality into engaging, instructional content for global users.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end course development projects, from planning and execution to iteration and delivery.
• Design instructional experiences with clear storyboards, managing cognitive load and scaffolding.
• Create multi‑component digital assets such as interactive e‑learning modules, scenario‑based assessments, video walkthroughs, and job aids.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts and operational stakeholders to gather technical knowledge and maintain realistic production schedules.
• Apply global‑first and accessibility design principles, ensuring content is understandable for non‑native English speakers and meets WCAG standards.
