Learning Tech Implementation Lead – Individual Contributor

About the role

The Learning Tech Implementation Lead will own end‑to‑end deployments of the EverTrainer platform (powered by Zenarate) across multiple regions. Working as an individual contributor, you will ensure high‑quality implementations, consistent configuration standards, and drive post‑go‑live adoption through documentation, enablement, and data‑driven improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle EverTrainer implementations, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication across time zones.
• Coordinate implementation readiness by gathering access, environments, content, and success criteria, and make go/no‑go decisions.
• Maintain and apply implementation playbooks, onboarding guides, and configuration standards to ensure consistency.
• Document lessons learned, FAQs, and repeatable solutions for future launches.
• Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and internal enablement to support regional adoption.
• Partner with L&D, Operations, Customer Success, and technical teams to align technical delivery with learning outcomes.
• Promote adoption through change‑management activities such as communications, office hours, and reinforcement plans.
• Track and report metrics (time‑to‑go‑live, CSAT, adoption) and translate insights into process improvements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience leading multi‑stakeholder technology implementations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage risks and timelines.
• Excellent collaboration with L&D, operations, and technical teams.
• Data‑driven mindset to continuously improve delivery quality and speed.
