Warehouse Operator

About the role

Join Haleon’s modern warehouse team and support the flow of materials between storage and production. You will work in a flexible four‑shift environment, ensuring that the right components are available for manufacturing while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload, store and pick materials according to production orders, complying with internal and external regulations.
• Distribute material to production lines and issue stock using FIFO (First‑in‑First‑out) principles.
• Operate warehouse information systems and barcode scanners to guarantee material availability.
• Handle materials safely and follow all relevant safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse using the 5S methodology.

Required profile

• Secondary education (or equivalent) and at least 6 months of experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Valid forklift licence for classes I, II, A, D, W1, G.
• Basic PC literacy; experience with warehouse management software is a plus.
• Team‑oriented attitude, responsible work ethic and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
