Sales Manager – Forwarding Services

About the role

Join a leading logistics company with a strong presence across Europe and a family‑like atmosphere. As a Sales Manager for forwarding services you will develop and grow the client portfolio in Slovakia, identifying new business opportunities within sea, rail and air freight.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell sea, rail and air freight services within the assigned region.
• Proactively seek and connect with new business clients.
• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Offer expert advice and tailor logistics solutions to client requirements.
• Prepare and present offers professionally during client meetings.
• Represent Logwin at industry events and business dinners.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Support Specialist and Forwarding Team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding sector with knowledge of air and ocean operations.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition and commercial negotiations.
• Willingness to learn Logwin’s services and the logistics market.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2).
• Valid category B driving licence and readiness to travel.
• Results‑oriented mindset and a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
