Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and internal logistics operations at Kompozitum s.r.o., a European manufacturer of carbon and graphite components. The role ensures accurate inventory, efficient material flow, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes to support production excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organize warehouse and internal logistics operations, including inbound, storage, line feeding, finished goods handling, and outbound processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, optimal stock levels, and material traceability using the ERP system.
• Coordinate material flow to meet production requirements and approve stock movements.
• Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Drive Lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and flow optimization.
• Coordinate transportation activities and evaluate logistics supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment regulations.
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate warehouse team members, identifying training needs.

Required profile

• Secondary school or university degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or internal logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven team leadership and people management experience.
• Intermediate English (B1) and proficiency in Slovak.

Required skills

• ERP systems – SAP experience is an advantage.
• Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel (intermediate level).
• Lean Manufacturing methodologies – 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping.
