Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and internal logistics operations at our manufacturing site. The role ensures inventory accuracy, material availability for production and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organise warehouse and internal logistics operations, including inbound, storage, line feeding, finished‑goods handling and outbound processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, optimal stock levels and material traceability using the ERP system.
• Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, productivity and operational efficiency, driving Lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen and flow optimisation.
• Coordinate material flow to support production requirements and manage transportation activities and logistics supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment regulations and resolve logistics non‑conformities.
• Lead, coach, develop and evaluate the warehouse team, identifying training needs.

Required profile

• Secondary school or university degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or internal logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven team‑leadership and people‑management experience.
• Intermediate English (B1) and Slovak language proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
