Transport Planner/Plannerka

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Transport Planner to join our DHL facility in Senec. You will be responsible for creating and managing daily and weekly loading and unloading plans, ensuring smooth transport operations for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly and daily loading/unloading schedules based on client needs.
• Coordinate truck loading and unloading, communicate with customers, and monitor transport plans against real‑time operational status.
• Generate transport orders and provide administrative support and reporting for the department.

Required profile

• Active knowledge of English with daily communication in the language.
• Willingness to work two shifts (morning and afternoon).
• Secondary school diploma with graduation (maturity) certificate.
• Interest in transport logistics and proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
