Travel Manager

About the role

The Travel Manager will lead Otis' global travel program, overseeing roughly $70 million in annual spend. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, Global Travel, the role focuses on improving traveler experience, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering cost‑effective supplier solutions across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global travel booking and support through the Navan platform, guaranteeing consistent service worldwide.
• Maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and ground‑transport providers.
• Organise regular performance reviews with travel service providers and translate feedback into improvement actions.
• Monitor travel policy adoption, identify pain points, and implement practical enhancements.
• Coordinate payment and expense workflows using Concur and the Citibank corporate card program.
• Produce decision‑ready reports by analysing large datasets and presenting trends to leadership.
• Lead communication and change initiatives to streamline booking, payment, and expense processes.
• Own global sourcing initiatives, leading RFP/RFQ execution, supplier evaluation, and contract rollout.
• Support program controls by validating supplier terms and assisting audit processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a Travel Manager or similar role, preferably managing a global or multi‑country program.
• Experience with corporate card programs (Citibank, Amex) and expense management tools.
• Hands‑on expertise with a travel management platform such as Navan.
• Strong analytical ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and proven influence in a global, cross‑functional environment.
• Occasional travel requirement.
