Trade Planning and Insight Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior business finance professional to own sales planning, forecasting and insight at country level. The role sits at the heart of decision‑making, turning complex performance data, trade activity and macro‑economic trends into clear, recommendation‑driven insights for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of country‑level sales plans and forecasts across daily, weekly, periodic and annual horizons.
• Integrate trade plans, category strategies, customer behaviour and macro‑economic drivers into a coherent outlook.
• Evaluate trade and promotional investments and influence key commercial decisions.
• Partner closely with Trade, Customer and Leadership teams to provide recommendation‑led insight, including risk scenarios.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in trade finance, commercial finance or a similar function.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and shape commercial decisions.
• Strong analytical capability combined with strategic, big‑picture thinking.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, data‑rich environments and meeting tight deadlines.
