Technical Product Owner – Platform Biometric Services

About the role

As a Technical Product Owner for the Platform Biometric Services team, you will shape internal platforms that enable our development teams to deliver high‑impact biometric solutions. You will translate stakeholder requirements into actionable plans, coordinate feature integration, and ensure timely delivery of platform enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize feature requests from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, aligning it with business goals.
• Communicate clear timelines (ETAs) and coordinate integration of R&D‑developed features.
• Lead quarterly roadmap planning and monitor progress of feature development.
• Facilitate communication across teams, support OKR definition and tracking.
• Contribute to annual roadmap creation and drive continuous improvement of platform performance and usability.

Required profile

• Technically adept product owner with strong understanding of backend systems and APIs.
• Experience working with development teams in an agile environment.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and drive alignment.
