Supply Chain Finance Lead – EMEA

About the role

The EMEA Regional Lead for Supply Chain Finance will report to the Supply Chain Finance Global Lead and work closely with regional stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners to deploy and manage the supply chain finance program across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the regional lead for the supply chain finance program, ensuring execution of objectives and alignment with global priorities.
• Partner with procurement, treasury, finance, IT and external financial partners to optimise processes and meet organisational goals.
• Develop and execute regional project plans, timelines and implementation activities, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Drive year‑over‑year growth in EMEA adoption of the program and assess regional risks.
• Provide training, communication and change support to internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain finance, program management or procurement with regional or cross‑border scope.
• Strong understanding of supply chain finance concepts, working capital optimisation and financial instruments.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a regional environment.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills with strong stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Experience using financial systems.
