Operations Agent – Luxury Services

About the role

The Operations Agent will support Insignia Group’s Premium Services and Call Center teams, delivering VIP concierge, travel, and request management for high‑net‑worth clients. The role operates in a fast‑paced, luxury‑focused environment and includes rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide VIP concierge and travel services, arranging luxury experiences and special gifts.
• Oversee premium and call‑center requests, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
• Maintain proactive, clear communication with clients via email and phone.
• Direct incoming communications to the appropriate internal teams.
• Keep client data and service history up to date in the CRM system.
• Assist other teams during busy periods or holidays.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships.
• Research and propose top solutions for unique client needs.

Required profile

• Some experience in operations, concierge, travel, or luxury customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Tech‑savvy with experience using CRM systems and operational tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining high service quality.
• Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and outside regular hours.
