Site Manager

About the role

DP World is seeking a Site Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operation of a new warehouse in the Toplocany region. You will be accountable for the site’s performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the handover of the new warehouse and ensure seamless service continuity.
• Integrate DP World regional and global standards, including ISO 9001 and safety requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for the project team to deliver service‑level agreements during TUPE transition.
• Manage the site P&L, balancing financial targets with delivery and quality expectations.
• Lead a senior team responsible for day‑to‑day operations and drive long‑term strategic initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading logistics or manufacturing operations at a medium‑to‑large site.
• Proven senior management background with the ability to achieve ambitious goals.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage complex operations under pressure and deliver results.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Fluency in English and Slovak.
