Shift Process Technician – APU ZET

About the role

The Shift Process Technician supports the APU production line, ensuring high efficiency, quality and safety during each shift. You will lead process improvements, train staff on new technologies and maintain equipment calibration.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor OEE, RTY and line efficiency (pph, CT) and generate daily reports.
• Lead RPS initiatives through deep technical analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Implement and verify process documentation, controls and layout design for production cells.
• Apply lean principles and Six Sigma tools (one‑piece flow, takt time, line balancing, standard work).
• Maintain and improve process controls, Poka‑Yoke designs and equipment calibration.
• Support shift maintenance, troubleshoot abnormalities and coordinate with suppliers for repairs or upgrades.
• Execute FMEA, PPAP, Kaizen events and support new product introduction into serial production.
• Train process technicians, operators, quality inspectors and maintenance staff.
• Participate in safety audits, incident investigations and occupational risk assessments.

Required profile

• Secondary technical school education.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar production plant role.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, product assembly and PLC/PC programming (preferred).
• Understanding of geometric dimensioning & tolerance and drawing conventions.
• Strong root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic English proficiency and ability to work under stress in a team environment.
