Shift Process Technician APU ZET

About the role

The Shift Process Technician supports the APU production line, ensuring high efficiency, quality and safety on a daily basis. The role combines monitoring, troubleshooting, training and continuous improvement activities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor OEE, RTY and line efficiency (pph, CT) and generate daily reports.
• Lead first‑time training for new products or process technologies.
• Analyse technical issues, propose solutions and drive RPS improvements.
• Maintain process documentation, controls and layout design for production cells.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools (one‑piece flow, takt time, line balancing, standard work, Kaizen, FMEA, PPAP).
• Perform equipment calibration, support shift maintenance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers for repairs, upgrades and line improvements.

Required profile

• Secondary technical school education.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a production plant in a similar role.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure, analytical thinking and teamwork.

Required skills

• CNC machining and product assembly.
• PLC / PC programming.
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Root‑cause analysis and problem solving.
• FMEA and equipment calibration.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
