Senior Interaction Designer – Digital Products & Healthcare IT (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Interaction Designer and help shape the future of radiology through innovative digital workflows. This hybrid position is based in Bratislava or Žilina and offers the chance to work with a global team dedicated to improving healthcare experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end interaction concepts for complex healthcare applications.
• Drive design decisions from early vision through detailed workflow definition and implementation.
• Collaborate with radiologists, clinical experts, product managers, developers and other UX professionals.
• Create low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma, iterating based on user insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and interaction patterns.

Required profile

• Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, UX Design or a comparable field.
• 7+ years of professional experience designing digital products in agency or in‑house settings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, systems thinking and problem‑solving for complex products.
• Business‑fluent English and a user‑centered mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Experience using Vibe prototyping tools.
