Creative Producer / AI Animation Director

About the role

GSM s.r.o. is launching an AI‑driven animated series and seeks a Creative Producer / AI Animation Director to take stories from concept to finished episodes, shaping the creative process and team as the project evolves.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original ideas, story outlines and turn literary source material into screen stories.
• Create and maintain the project bible covering world, characters, locations, visual style and storytelling rules.
• Select references and use AI tools to generate characters, environments and voices while ensuring consistency.
• Review and refine scripts for structure, dialogue, pacing and character motivation.
• Direct scenes through composition, camera angles, movement and shot sequencing to achieve clear visual storytelling.
• Oversee voice performances, emotional delivery, background sound and sound effects.
• Identify errors in generated images and video, provide precise feedback for revisions.
• Assemble complete episodes, manage revisions and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Provide practical feedback to the tool developer on strengths, limitations and production needs.

Required profile

• Practical experience creating animation, films, series, commercials, music videos or other narrative video content.
• Strong storytelling ability through images, action, sound and editing.
• Artistic eye with the capacity to explain why a scene works and how to improve it.
• Feel for character, natural dialogue, voice performance and emotional rhythm.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain continuity in style and story.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with evolving AI tools.
• Self‑organisation skills and ability to bring projects to completion.
