Senior Interaction Designer – Digital Healthcare (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Interaction Designer to shape the future of radiology through innovative digital workflows. Working in a hybrid setting from Bratislava or Žilina, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create intuitive, efficient solutions for healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end digital workflows for radiology, improving efficiency and confidence of clinicians.
• Lead interaction design from early vision through detailed workflow definition and implementation.
• Represent user needs across project teams and influence product direction with human‑centered design.
• Collaborate with radiologists, product managers, developers and UX peers to translate requirements into impactful experiences.
• Develop operating concepts and interaction models for complex healthcare applications.
• Create low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma, iterating based on user insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Tackle design challenges involving large information sets, clinical requirements and regulatory constraints.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and interaction patterns.

Required profile

• Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, UX Design or a comparable field.
• 7+ years of professional experience designing digital products in agency or in‑house environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, systems thinking and problem‑solving for complex products.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and Vibe Prototyping tools.
• Experience in healthcare, medical technology or other highly regulated domains is a plus.
