Senior Fullstack Engineer (PHP + JS)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Combine hands‑on coding with technical leadership, making decisions on solutions, architecture, standards, and mentoring.
• Develop new functionality while gradually modernising a legacy platform, deciding what to fix, refactor or rewrite.
• Deliver solutions that serve products with tens to hundreds of millions of visitors per year.

Required profile

• Strong PHP experience (Laravel / Symfony) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript front‑end skills.
• Proven experience with production systems, debugging and root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to navigate legacy codebases and independently design solutions.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and observability.
• Desire to lead technically through code reviews, mentoring and setting standards.
• Conversational English for an international team.
