Senior Finance Consultant

About the role

The Senior Finance Consultant will lead financial process analysis and design optimized accounting and finance workflows in Odoo for clients in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Bratislava with the flexibility to work partly from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business and process audits, configure and test Odoo accounting and finance modules.
• Prepare and review financial planning models, budgeting and forecasting tools for clients.
• Translate client requirements into effective ERP solutions and support integration of third‑party applications.
• Provide client training, ongoing consulting support and monitor performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with implementation teams and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in finance and accounting with practical experience in Slovak and/or Czech financial and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, map business processes and design efficient solutions.
• Proven consulting background, preferably in ERP or business‑process consulting focused on finance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Slovak (or Czech); ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects.
