E-commerce & Digital Growth Manager

About the role

Indoor Environment Expert s.r.o. is looking for an analytical and results‑driven professional to lead our e‑commerce growth and digital marketing strategy. Our goal is to scale online sales through data‑driven marketing, effective customer acquisition and continuous conversion optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute our digital growth strategy.
• Build and manage end‑to‑end marketing analytics.
• Identify and communicate product competitive advantages.
• Improve website UX/UI, product listings and conversion rates.
• Optimise customer acquisition and advertising efficiency.
• Manage external marketing partners and agencies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, HubSpot and Hotjar.
• Proven track record of measurable business results.
• Slovak or English proficiency.
