Senior Consultant - Finance Strategy & Transformation

About the role

EY is looking for a proactive Senior Consultant in Finance Strategy & Transformation based in Bratislava, Slovakia, with occasional work from home. The role works with CFOs, Treasury leaders and Finance Managers to help them transform and digitalize internal financial processes. The position is full-time, starts as soon as possible, and pays EUR 2,100 gross (or by agreement depending on experience).

Key responsibilities

• Take part in projects that optimize and digitalize financial processes.
• Implement modern technology solutions across finance, controlling and treasury functions.
• Coordinate collaboration between clients and internal teams to deliver project objectives.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to the wider team's development.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance, controlling, auditing or process consulting.
• Experience in project coordination and project management.
• Fluent Slovak and English.
• Strong communication, analytical and logical reasoning skills, and a client-focused approach.

Required skills

• Process mapping, analysis and optimization of internal processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other analytical tools is an advantage.
