Senior AI Product Manager – Conversational Shopping

About the role

Bloomreach is building an agentic platform for personalization, using a single AI engine called Loomi to power conversational shopping and autonomous search. It is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to join the Clarity product team, which is a rapidly growing product built on LLM technology. The role is based in one of the Central European offices or from home, full time, reporting to the head of product for Clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the development of new AI-native capabilities within Clarity, from ideation to launch, focused on real business value.
• Work with engineers, designers and product leaders to prototype and iterate quickly on features powered by Generative AI and LLMs.
• Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs in the AI space and turn them into intelligent product solutions.
• Partner with Customer Success and Data teams to roll out new AI features, streamline workflows and gather qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Keep up with AI and GenAI trends and turn insights into strategic bets and product direction.
• Ensure AI features are delivered well, with strong adoption, ethical implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Track product usage, performance and business impact, and report progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3-6+ years in B2B SaaS product management, in high-growth, innovative environments.
• Proven delivery of AI-powered or GenAI-driven features, or a strong understanding of how LLMs, embeddings and conversational interfaces create product value.
• Experience in product-led growth and scaling usage of intelligent product experiences.
• Comfort working with engineers, data scientists and researchers in global teams.
• Familiarity with ethical AI is a strong plus.
