Salesforce Developer

About the role

Shift4 is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to shape the future of its Salesforce ecosystem. You will work on innovative solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce, turning business requirements into scalable, high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Build and enhance solutions in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including AI‑powered experiences with Einstein and Agentforce.
• Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, page layouts, record types, dashboards, reports, and custom settings.
• Support existing applications, drive continuous improvements, and ensure coding best practices, system performance, and data quality.
• Contribute to integrations with external systems and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Slovakia and residence in Slovakia.

Required skills

• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, Visualforce.
• Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Einstein AI, Agentforce.
• Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
• Experience with Data Cloud, chatbot design, AI‑driven customer service solutions.
• Integration experience with third‑party systems; Java or C# background; HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
