Retail Vendor Manager – Multilingual (Spanish/French/German)

About the role

Join a diverse, multilingual Retail Partnerships team to help vendors grow globally. You will work from a modern office with flexible remote options, providing one‑on‑one guidance and strategic consultancy to improve vendor performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with vendors through empathetic dialogue to understand their needs.
• Deliver strategic guidance, process improvements and self‑service solutions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to streamline systems, automate workflows and drive innovation.
• Build long‑term, trusted relationships with business partners.
• Contribute to projects, mentor colleagues and champion inclusive initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multinational teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and inclusive teamwork.
• Fluency in either Spanish, French or German.
