Property Manager

About the role

P3, a leading European logistics warehouse investor and developer, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its Slovak team in Bratislava. You will be responsible for the commercial management of logistics properties and will act as the main point of contact for tenants and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Independent commercial management of logistics properties
• Tenant support and relationship management
• Supervision and coordination of service providers, utilities, and suppliers
• Management of CapEx and OpEx projects
• Lease contract administration and accounts receivable handling
• Preparation of service charge statements together with the accounting team
• Budget preparation, control, and cost optimisation
• Handover and takeover of rental spaces
• Regular property inspections and timely reporting
• Collaboration with Finance, Technical, Leasing, Legal and Asset Management teams

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field
• Several years of property management experience in industrial or commercial real estate
• Independent, responsible working style
• Confident, service‑oriented approach when dealing with tenants
• Strong team spirit, commitment, flexibility and assertiveness

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with ERP/Property Management systems
