Project Manager – Manufacturing Technology

About the role

You will lead global manufacturing projects that shape Danfoss’s production footprint, automation, and technology transfer. The role directly influences safety, quality, delivery and cost performance across our sites while supporting the LEAP2030 sustainability strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global projects on footprint, automation and technology transfer to improve SQDC metrics.
• Develop and upgrade assembly and test lines, boosting automation, stability and efficiency.
• Standardise manufacturing processes across plants for scalable, repeatable, cost‑effective operations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional, international teams and suppliers from concept through implementation.
• Use data‑driven project methods to challenge and continuously improve existing setups.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly and testing processes in production.
• Experience with automation or manufacturing process improvements.
• Ability to lead and coordinate global, cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
• Professional English communication skills and a hands‑on, operational mindset.
