Project Controller

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is hiring a Project Controller in Levice. The role covers project financials, performance monitoring and financial reporting, working closely with Project Management, Procurement, Treasury and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project financials, including revenue recognition, forecasting, cost control and cash flow planning
• Monitor project performance, analyse variances and support margin and profitability reporting
• Handle customer invoicing, payment follow-up, supplier invoice approvals and financial risk management
• Prepare financial inputs for project reviews and maintain project data and structures in IFS (ERP)
• Work closely with Project Management, Procurement, Treasury and Finance

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in project controlling, project accounting or a similar financial project environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a structured, detail-oriented approach
• Good commercial awareness, stakeholder management and ability to work in international teams
• Fluent English and German, basic IFRS knowledge, understanding of project finance and tax principles
• Willingness to travel occasionally (max 20%)
