Production Operator – Manufacturing & Assembly

About the role

The Production Operator works on the factory floor assembling and finishing plastic components with metal parts. You will ensure that each product meets quality standards and is ready for shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, sort, repair and label plastic parts.
• Manufacture special switches and other plastic components that include metal elements.
• Carry out assembly tasks according to defined procedures.
• Integrate individual components into larger assemblies.
• Perform final checks to guarantee product readiness for dispatch.
• Monitor component values during the assembly process.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by supervisors to complete the product.

Required profile

• Secondary school (high‑school) education.
• Good manual dexterity and reliability.
• High level of precision and flexibility.
• Willingness to work in a three‑shift environment.

Required skills

• Assembly line operation.
