Process Associate with German (Kone Business Services)

About the role

KONE Business Services runs and continuously improves KONE's core business processes (Sell to Cash, Source to Pay and Record to Report) with a lean mindset. This Process Associate role in Bratislava ensures the smooth execution of contracting processes and data administration.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and enter billing data into the ERP system
• Communicate effectively with colleagues from different countries
• Apply lean principles in a continuous improvement culture

Required profile

• English at B2 level and German at B1 level
• Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and affinity for working with data
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment
• Ability to work autonomously and to learn and develop

Required skills

• Familiarity with MS Office, with a focus on Excel
