Process Associate (Maternity Cover) – English Required

About the role

KONE Business Services (KBS) runs and improves KONE's core business processes (Sell to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report) with a lean mindset. As a Process Associate, you will provide administrative and operational support to front-line colleagues across the Nordic countries while covering maternity leave. The position is open to men and women.

Key responsibilities

• Create customer accounts and respond to internal requests
• Administer and modify contracts in SAP
• Manage master data and analyse potential data issues using Microsoft Excel
• Support the billing and invoicing process so it runs smoothly end to end
• Communicate effectively with colleagues across different Nordic countries
• Apply Lean principles and contribute to continuous improvement

Required profile

• English at B2 level
• Knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian is welcomed but not mandatory
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and sharing ideas
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with software and data entry systems is an advantage (e.g. Microsoft 365, Salesforce, SAP)
