Pre‑Sales Kitchen Designer & Project Manager

About the role

As a Pre‑Sales Kitchen Designer & Project Manager you will combine technical design expertise with commercial acumen to deliver professional kitchen and food‑service projects. You will work closely with architects, consultants and investors, ensuring that each solution meets both functional and aesthetic standards while supporting the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technical designs and layout drawings for professional kitchen projects.
• Create detailed kitchen technology schematics, including zoning, equipment selection and placement.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with architects, consultants and market investors.
• Prepare, present and follow up on commercial offers with customers.
• Coordinate project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.

Required profile

• University degree or technical education in a related field.
• Experience in professional kitchen technologies, food‑service design or construction design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Slovak, with a willingness to develop international experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
