About the role

This part‑time position is aimed at university students who want to gain practical experience in an international corporate environment while improving their English and other language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service – handle enquiries, process orders and manage payment receipt.
• ERP Program Team – support design and management of end‑to‑end business processes.
• Order to Cash – assist in timely cash collection and debt management.
• Procure to Pay – process supplier invoices, expense reports and inter‑company invoices.
• Additional part‑time roles in HR, IT and other departments.

Required profile

• University student, preferably studying finance or economics (other fields welcome).
• Available for approx. 20 hours per week.
• Intermediate English; additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch) are a plus.
• Willingness to learn, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, eScala, BAAN, etc.) is advantageous.
