Modern Workplace Engineer (Microsoft 365 / Intune/AVD)

About the role

Join Kanadevia Inova as a Modern Workplace Engineer, responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining cutting‑edge Microsoft 365 and endpoint solutions that enable a secure, productive digital workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Autopilot.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and identity platforms (Entra ID & Active Directory).
• Implement and maintain endpoint security, compliance policies, and automation for device management.
• Design and operate enterprise/cloud printing solutions and ensure reliable endpoint connectivity.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, documentation, monitoring, and third‑level support for endpoint environments.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Workplace/Endpoint Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Autopilot.
• Solid Microsoft 365 administration skills (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and identity management (Entra ID / Active Directory).
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities; experience with application packaging (MSI, MSIX, App‑V, Win32).
• Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance policies, mobile device management (iOS/Android), and DLP/backup principles.
• Strong documentation skills, team collaboration, fluent English; certifications (Microsoft 365, ITIL) are a plus.
